Cloud Pilates classes are a fusion of Ali’s love of Pilates, Barre and weight based exercises. Unless otherwise stated when booking, expect a mat based Pilates class (with a hint of weights!) Taking place in venues across Dublin, such as our launch in The Dean Townhouse, we host special Pop Up classes blending fitness with our favourite brands.
1-1 and small group sessions available. Focusing on your own specific goals, combining strength & Pilates, we will progress weekly at a time that suits you.
